Oftentimes, attacks on women happen in circumstances prohibiting the effective use of firearms, pepper spray or stun guns. And, the majority of threats to a woman’s personal safety occur in places she expects to be safe and with people she never suspects to harm her.
Come join us on April 21st and receive practical instruction during our Women’s Self-Defense Krav Maga clinic. Krav Maga is a reality-based system designed to teach street-tested self-defense in the shortest amount of time possible. This four hour clinic is exclusively for women and is designed as a hands-on experience that will teach you the personal protection skills you need to know.
During the class you will learn how to get past the natural freeze reaction to threats, leverage your physical power regardless of fitness level and shut down a potential assault/abduction with basic defenses. You will apply effective hits and kicks, and discover the secret weapon all women naturally possess.
Plus learn how to:
• Read people & environments
• Defend against chokes, knife threats, purse snatching and other threats
• Use everyday objects as weapons of defense
Don’t miss this opportunity to develop awareness, build confidence and own the fight!
