Shin Kim is a 4-time National South Korean Judo Champion and 2-time International Judo Champion who served as an Olympic alternate for the South Korean National Judo Team. He is a 4th degree Black Belt in Yudo (Korean Judo) and a Team Lloyd Irvin/Leo Dalla Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Shin not only championed tournaments but has over a decade instructing youth, adults and the South Korean military in Judo, BJJ, No-Gi BJJ, and Muay Thai. In addition to 26 years of grappling under his belt, Shin has trained and fought in the art of Muay Thai, earning him ring fighting experience. His grappling and take down techniques are a necessity in military and law enforcement situations, not to mention in the world of Mixed Martial Arts and personal self defense.
Shin holds a degree in Physical Education and a master’s degree from South Korea’s Yong-In University which produces world-class Judo Olympians.
Born on July 25th, 1981 in Saigon Vietnam, Bao Khong is a multi-disciplined Martial Artist with over 20 years of experience.
He has extensive teaching and training experience in Thai Boxing and Tae Kwon Do as well as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has trained in martial arts extensively throughout Southeast Asia and has competed in Tae Kwon Do, Thai Boxing and MMA.
Even though Bao already holds a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu under Yamasaki Academy, he still endeavors to transcend his skills as a fighter in the ring and as an instructor of these disciplines in the classroom.
