This is our introductory shotgun course that provides an excellent overview to the world of firearms and is perfect for the first-time owner or new shooter. This course is a great way for people who are new to shotguns, just want a refresher, or desire an understanding of the fundamentals, to develop their skills in a fun, safe environment. Our certified instructors will cover safe firearms handling procedures, general shotgun knowledge, the fundamentals of marksmanship, as well as the proper care and storage of firearms. This class will deliver a solid foundation to build upon and give beginners the skills they need to become responsible, confident shooters.
Participants: 5 Students Ages 15 and Up (Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
Duration: 3.5 hours
Ammunition Requirements: 50 rounds
Required Gear: Shotgun, eye protection, and ear protection.
Recommended Gear: Pen and Paper
Skills Prerequisites: N/A
Valid forms of Citizenship Identification: Voter Registration Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization, Real ID.
